Francesco is a Partner in Pantheon’s European Investment and Global Private Credit Investment Teams. Francesco is actively involved in all Pantheon’s European investment activities. Francesco was previously with Unigestion, where he managed the firm’s global secondaries program. Prior to Unigestion he was a partner and co-founder of the European venture capital firm DN Capital, before which he spent three years working in the European investment team at Advent International. He has a BA in East Asian studies from Princeton University, and received an MBA from Insead.

Jérôme is a Partner in Pantheon’s Global Infrastructure and Real Assets Investment Team where he focuses on the analysis, evaluation and completion of infrastructure & real assets transactions in Europe. Jérôme joined from Paris-based placement agent Global Private Equity, where he worked for over three years. Jérôme holds an MSc in telecommunications from ESIGELEC engineering school and a Master in Business from the ESCP-EAP European School of Management.

Carlos is a Managing Director in Pantheon’s European Client Solutions Team and Head of French speaking markets, Italy and Spain. Before joining Pantheon, Carlos worked at Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity initially within the product development team, where he also co-led the launch of private markets products distribution within the global private bank, and finally moved into the coverage of institutional clients in across Europe. Prior to working at Edmond de Rothschild, Carlos worked for a DCM boutique on the distribution and sales of fixed income products. Carlos holds an undergraduate degree in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University in Milan, and an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.

Jack is a Managing Director in the International Private Wealth team. He previously worked in the Schroders Capital Business Development team responsible for Global Infrastructure distribution. Jack holds a Bsc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Leeds and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mikael is a member of Pantheon’s Global Secondaries Investment Team where he focuses on the analysis, evaluation and completion of secondary investment opportunities. He previously worked in the Investment Team at Committed Advisors in New York. Mikael holds a Master of Finance from MIT Sloan and a MSc in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School.

Jan is a Principal in Pantheon’s International Private Wealth Team. He previously worked at Partners Group, PG3 and Patrimonium with a focus on fundraising, business development and the launch of new asset classes and business initiatives. Jan studied Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration in Zurich.
